Events 100M 400M 800M 1 Mile 2 Mile 4 x 800 Relay, Distance Medley Relay
More details - The first event the 100m will start at around 7. We'll kinda of go in this order.
Bring your kids - we'll have a 400 and 800m race between these events to give us more mature racers a little time to recover. All races will be age graded.
You can start warming up on the track at 6:15.
Invite friends and enemies - the more competition the better you'll do.
If you have extra stopwatches bring them. If you have an extra relay baton bring it.
Relays - we'll form teams that night but think about what you want to do. I know the Masters Team wants to take down the youngsters from the under 40 crowd. If they're up to it.

what is the distance medley and what are the age groups? Is there is prize money?
