We ran our first tempo of the season on Saturday and in the words of Tim B. "there was nothing sharp about that". So we need to keep after it.
Meet at Human Race Sports - 153rd & LaGrange. We'll depart at 6:20. We'll head to Crystal Tree and we'll finish with a tempo run.
