Monday night run: 11/26

Meet at Centennial again this week...we will run about 6-7 miles. Please wear reflective clothes.

Be ready to run at 6:30 pm...park in pool lot.

Next week we will run in the hills...Palos that is :)

About the Team

Tinley Track & Trail is a group of runners that run together in order to get faster and improve their race times.

Our group which consists of over 30 members meets twice weekly - Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings to do organized, coached workouts. You are welcome to come as little or as often as you like.

We participate in races from 5K up to the marathon. Many of our members also run triathlons, ultramarathons and adventure races. There is a minimal annual membership fee which includes a team shirt or singlet.
