Wednesday Practice

Meet at Tinley Park High School track be warmed up and ready to go by 6:45. Bring a small bandana, baggie or something small you can easily carry while you run and throw down to the ground when the whistle blows. Pub Crawl is June 16th. Team Race: Frankfort Short Run on a Long Day is June 20th - BBQ afterwards
