This Weekend

Saturday - No official practice.

Sunday- If you are doing the cross country challenge:
We are going to car pool from Jerry Nelligan's house -13535 Tallgrass Trail, Orland Park. Be there by 7:15 am.
Bring an empty garbage bag(for your dirty clothes) and extra warm clothes for after the race.
Expect to get muddy - you won't be crawling through mud i.e. Warrior Dash but you may be running through it. During the race I would wear shorts even if it's cold - long pants will soak up water and mud and then you'll be lugging it around for 3 miles. You may want to bring an old, disposable t-shirt/sweat shirt that you can wear to the starting line and throw away (Marathon-style) at the start.
NO FUSCHIA.
e-mail me if you have any questions. richm259@comcast.net

Manny,

How about Little Red Schoolhouse at 8am. We can do 6-7 miles and some hill repeats.

Yeah! Hill repeats rock! Especially if you're wearing fuchsia!

How are you going to make an 8 am run the night after the crawl?

Where is the little red school house?

Anonymous is correct... lets make it 9am. Little red schoolhouse is located south of 95th street on 104th ave. It's about 1/4 mile south of 95th on the west side of the street.
