Meet at Human Race Sports - 6:30. We'll do an hour run.
Here's the plan for the rest of the year: We'll run on Wednesday Nights and Saturday mornings until Saturday 12/20. We'll do our ever-popular Christmas Eve Morning Run and then we'll take a break for a few weeks. We'll start back on Wednesday January 14th. It's a matter of personal preference r you take a few weeks off from running but in either case I encourage you to cross-train. Hit the weights, swim, ride an indoor bike take a yoga class etc..

hey everyone! i know im a long lost TTT runner.. but i thought i'd let you guys i did the Orland Hills Turkey trot.. in 21:09 and came in third for my age group.
