Schedule Change - Saturday 7/23 we will meet at Little Red School House at 8:30 - we will take a little different route and combine the trails with some streets in Palos and Hickory Hills. There will be a long run option for the marathoners. Next Saturday July 30th we will do our long run along the Lake Front. We will meet at Brian Mitchell's pad on Belmont and run south along the lake. If you are interested we can hang out at the North Ave. Beach for a while after the run. More details will follow next week.

Thursday, July 28th, "Mike & Joe" (Rock/Pop Covers). Doors open at 7:00 band starts at 8:00. Cost of admission is $7 per person.

Jackets - about 7 people have not picked up their jackets yet. If you still want it please notify me a few days before a practice that you are coming to and I will try to bring it. Jackets not picked up by September 1st may be forfeited.
