If it's not to icy tomorrow night we will be running at Centennial Park at 6:30 pm...we will run 8 miles.

Wednesday Practices

Wednesday Practices  - Lincoln Way East High School Indoor Track.  Warm-up 6:30.  The practice starts at 7.   At least through early March.

A very chilly Monday night run...meet at Centennial Park and be ready to run at 6:30 pm.  We will run 7-8 miles.

Please wear warm and reflective gear...and post if you are coming! :)

Our offical start up week....lets meet tomorrow night at Centennial Park for a 6 mile run.  We will meet at 6:30 pm in the pool parking lot.
