Monday night run: 12/17

Lets meet in the Bettenhausen parking lot of the park district off 171st and 80th ave...we will be running a 6 mile run through the neighborhood.

Please be ready to run by 6:30 pm and wear light or reflective clothing.

We will be meeting at Centennial Park this week...we will run about 7 miles.  Please park in the pool parking lot like usual and meet there at 6:30 pm.  Also wear your reflective gear.

Hi guys...lets meet at the Palos firestation for a 6 mile hilly run.  Meet at 6:30 pm and be ready to go.  Please wear reflective gear or head lights...it gets really dark over in that neighborhood.
